Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier will leave a note with instructions for a redelivery attempt or a nearby pickup point.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
How does the return process work?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

Is every lamp really unique?
Yes. Each lamp is handmade, piece by piece, from individually placed mosaic glass. Because no two are set exactly alike, small variations in the pattern are part of what makes your lamp genuinely one of a kind — not a flaw, but the nature of handmade work.
What is the lamp made of?
A handmade mosaic glass dome set on a solid bronze base.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on the model and brightness setting:
- Mushroom — up to 100 hours on the softest setting, around 40 hours on the highest
- Parasol — up to 100 hours on the softest setting, around 40 hours on the highest
- Morchella & Boletus — up to 50 hours on the softest setting, around 20 hours on the highest
How do I charge it?
Every lamp charges via USB-C (cable included). A full charge takes about 8 hours — simply leave it charging overnight.
Why did my lamp arrive with a low battery?
Occasionally, a lamp's touch sensor can be triggered during transit, which may drain some of the battery before it reaches you. We recommend giving your lamp a full charge before first use, just to be sure.
Does the lamp have an on/off button?
Yes. A touch dimmer lets you turn the lamp on and off and adjust the brightness to your liking.
Can I use it outdoors?
The lamp is designed for dry conditions — perfect for a terrace, garden table, or balcony on a clear evening. It's not rain- or moisture-resistant: the bronze base can rust if it gets wet, so bring it inside or under cover if rain is expected.
Where are the lamps made?
Each lamp is inspired by Moroccan craftsmanship and mosaic tradition, and made by hand by carefully selected artisan partners. Every piece is reviewed for atmosphere, quality, and durability before it reaches you.

Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects under normal use.
